split tests into Gmail tests and IMAP tests

I was able to run the imap server on a dedicated external ubuntu machine.

The goal of this issue has changed somewhat. Now that we have an external SMTP/IMAP running elsewhere, the app only needs to connect to it (during local dev cycle or during CI) to run tests.

1. add this to /etc/hosts

# flowcrypt-ios SMTP/IMAP server for CI
217.163.30.119 mail

2. try that you can connect cd docker-mailserver/ && ./check_email_server.sh

3. add IMAP user credentials to secrets file

4. separate tests in to Gmail tests and IMAP tests. IMAP tests will connect to mail:10025 and mail:10143 (non-TLS) SMTP/IMAP server during setup, and log in with one of the accounts from the secrets file, during tests

In this issue, no need to run on CI yet. Can fix and run the IMAP/SMTP tests just locally. Then in another PR we make them run in CI.

@Kharchevskyi after current PR, please continue with this one.

At a minimum, we should have a login test using Gmail and a separate group of tests that has a login test using IMAP. And then all remaining previous UI tests will go to the IMAP group.

Then a separate command to run them, so maybe test_ui_gmail and tests_ui_imap.

For now, I see the following issues (it depends on an external email server)

1. An email server that I use doesn't support plain login. Need to use SSL. Of course, I can change these settings.
2. On my side (Android) it's very important to restart an email server every time when we run all tests(CI or locally). Because during the tests we create some additional data that can break tests. @Kharchevskyi Please note this info.

I see. Let's start with non-SSL here for simplicity. What do we need to change on the server?
