release enterprise app under new dev account

followup from #455 - I'll be transferring the app to the newly made apple dev account.

I'll check to also copy all device ids from the old one to the new one

App cannot be transferred because it was never released before. I have to submit it again on new dev account. But for that, I need a functional app, which we'll have once milestone 0.2.0 is otherwise ready.
