Move vtk filter AttributeMappingFromCellCoords to geos-mesh + remove AttributeMappingFromCellId + move corresponding PV plugin to geos-pv

In the context of the repository refactoring, this will consists in three main tasks:

• Move the VTK filter AttributeMappingFromCellCoords into geos-mesh
• Move the Paraview plugin PVAttributeMapping to geos-pv
• Remove the VTK filter AttributeMappingFromCellId
