I usually log off when online spaces get too serious or corporate, I block/mute/hide freely, and I find it difficult to connect with adults in digital spaces, especially talking to them on social media. mind you, i share A LOT about myself (though it never gets that deep/instead it gets to a specific/certain point) when i find a new cool friend /srs. I might share too much, so i permanently deleted ALL my socials (old accounts/thatwould/could trigger me) to avoid being someone who i was before on the internet (cyberbullying, being rude in general/but i toned it down i soon as i realized). I did it mostly on Discord. snapchat, no no. i wouldnt want you to recommend that to me. because in that app, if you show your face to me all the time, or just sending me snaps in general, i may lose control and also gradually show my face as well.
