Native ARM64 support

This is a tracking issue for adding native ARM64 support. Here's a PR that implements it: #666

Not planning on adding this at the moment. The cost-benefit analysis of validation liability on separate platform vs. low demand for this tool on ARM is the primary reason. If apparent demand increases we can re-open this.
