3.6.0

• Improved: Do not generate any source code if DotMake.CommandLine.dll is not actually referenced in the project.
  This should at least fix the issue: by default analyzers/generators in Unity apply to every referenced child projects.

  However for the main project which has the <PackageReference Include="DotMake.CommandLine" />,
  the DLL is implicitly referenced and there is no feasible/performant way in source generator
  to find if the DLL is actually used/consumed.

  First way: In .csproj, set this new property to false or disable to disable source generator (to true or enable for reverse):

    <DotMakeSourceGenerator>disable</DotMakeSourceGenerator>
  </PropertyGroup>            

  Second Way: In .csproj, exclude compile assets to mimic no DotMake.CommandLine.dll reference:

    <ExcludeAssets>compile</ExcludeAssets>
  </PackageReference>

• Improved: Updated to version 2.0.11 of System.CommandLine.

• Improved: context.ShowValues() will now show directives, and also parent commands and their options and arguments.
  It will also use the theme colors for columns.

• Fixed: context.Result.HasArgs was not returning true when there was some argument/option with default value.

• Fixed: CliParser.FixArgs() should not blindly remove trailing escaped double quotes in args.
  It should remove only if the double quote is the only one per args array element (no matching starting double quote).
  So for example it should not be removed for this -e "CompanyRegistrationNumber == \"24256790\""
  but it should be removed for --source "C:\myfiles\".
  This effects Cli.Parse(string[]), Cli.Run(string[] args) and Cli.RunAsync(string[]) which uses CliParser.FixArgs().
