- 🎙️ voicechat2 – Fork of a fully local AI voicechat over WebSockets, reworked to taste.
- 📟 esp32-desk-display – Always-on desk companion: an ESP32 with a tiny OLED showing time, weather, air quality, DWD warnings and the next U-Bahn departures. Plain C on ESP-IDF.
- 🤖 agentic-grappim – Shared Claude Code skills and agents, installed once per machine and reused across all my projects.
