SkiaSharp and SkiaSharp.NativeAssets.Linux.NoDependencies must move in lockstep: the managed P/Invoke signatures must match the native binary. Bumping only the managed package left the 3.119.4 native assets in place, so rasterization failed at runtime (MonumentIconSourceTests). Svg.Skia 5.1.1's `>= 3.119.2` constraint is satisfied by 4.150.0 and stays binary-compatible. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
