- package.json: point main/exports to ./dist/index.js and ship dist/ in files
so the published tarball exports the Plugin factory, not a stray TUI module

Current OpenCode ignores the singular
pluginkey. Update the README install/local-dev examples and the repoopencode.jsonto use the supported pluralpluginskey so the plugin actually loads.
