feat(api): add interest rate plan events and new fields

Brings the SDK in sync with the latest API spec. Notable changes:

• Add increase_bank as a supported bank on Accounts, Programs, and the program simulation.
• Add interest_rate_plan.created and interest_rate_plan.updated event categories to Events, Event Subscriptions, and event filters.
• Add automatically_resolves_at to Inbound Check Deposit.
• Add real_time_payments_request_for_payment to the routing number list response (with its generated enum converter).
• Make the unstructured address optional on Wire Transfer creation and allow additional address fields.
• Documentation clarifications for check transfer stop payment and shipping methods, file and physical-card image requirements, address country defaults, and various simulation parameters.

Held for manual review — sync modifies a build/tooling file (src/Increase.Api/Increase.Api.csproj). The change is whitespace-only (self-closing tag formatting; package references and versions are unchanged), so a maintainer can confirm and merge by hand.
