Add internal `Server::intercept(Server, callable(Command|Command\Overssh, Run\Implementation): Attempt<Process>): Server`

This will be useful for innmind/debug for better composition with other tools. As the current solution is to use Server::via() but to execute a command over ssh ones need to normalize the command and the underlying implementation won't be aware it's a command over ssh.

For innmind/debug to be able to record the result of a process maybe the Run\Implementation should return an intermediate representation of the process.
