Flylet — modern, Fluent-style replacements for the Windows volume, brightness, media and lock-key pop-ups, live on the Microsoft Store. A maintained continuation of the archived ModernFlyouts (MIT). It hides Windows' own pop-up by hooking window events on explorer.exe, then draws its own above it with the undocumented CreateWindowInBand. Fixed a media timeline that froze between reports, made it work on Windows 11, and ships 31 fully translated languages, custom colors and a live-following accent color. Every release goes through the Store's certification, with unit tests on every push.
betaflight-blackbox-parser — reads the black-box flight recorder off an FPV drone and tells you what happened on that flight. Decodes Betaflight's compact binary log format from scratch — seven variable-length encodings, twelve delta predictors, and resynchronisation after the corruption that crashed logs routinely carry — then reports the flight and flags impacts, receiver dropouts, battery sag and logging overruns. Checked against the Betaflight firmware sources rather than guessed, and verified on real recordings from three flight controllers: 119,950 frames, zero decode errors.

fuzzy-entity-matching — fuzzy entity resolution in Python: matches records across two CSV datasets even when the names disagree — typos, abbreviations, legal suffixes, word order — and scores its own confidence so you know which matches to trust. Benchmarks three RapidFuzz similarity metrics and picks the default with data, not vibes.
