Raise MP command limit

The client is kicked when sending too many commands quickly. This is not optimal. Please substantially raise the command limit. (This post was submitted on the behalf of MindHive)

also an increased buffer overflow limit on servers if possible so i can finally play doom on mp servers with cfgs

This could be avoided if JBMod were to add scripting or expand upon it. There's already VScript which can do everything a .cfg file with tons of ent_create lines can already do and better and even more but VScript is mostly intended for server-sided content at the moment. No fancy stuff like HUDs or whatever client scripting would be able to do.
(TF2 VScript iirc does have way to manipulate the HUD, Fortress Forever also has HUD element creation from its Lua implementation.)

theres a lot of stuff that vscript cant do thats possible with cfgs and its super annoying to be kicked even when just spawning a bunch of props even if only the auto kick gets disabled that like 80% of the issue solved for me

in 0.5.4 you can roughly send 4kb of data each second without seeing the buffer limit overflow message i reckon
