[Bug]: Updater Fails: Permission denied (os error 13) (Arch Linux)

Why

The update note gives : Permission denied (os error 13) and Update failed after attempting to update from 0.9.0 to 0.9.1.

Furthermore, There is no popup or chance to give permission.

What Changes

• The updater needs to catch the permission denied exception
• No change in functionality of the update system, or the UI.
• Should solve the issue for users currently on 0.9.0

MODIFIED Requirements

Requirement: When this exception occurs, the application MUST give the user a chance to give permission.

Requirement: The input modal that will appear, SHOULD be the systems default.

Scenario

Install instantNotes 0.9.0 THEN update the application using the updater.

AVOIDS THIS:

Verification

1.1 Open the update panel.
1.2 Trigger an update and give permissions.
1.3 Relaunch to confirm version remains updated.

Fixed in v0.9.2 (#65).

When the AppImage sits in a root-owned folder (e.g. /opt), the updater now falls back to pkexec and asks for permission through the system's own polkit password dialog, as this issue requested. Dismissing the dialog leaves the installed version untouched and says so in the update note.

Still on 0.9.0 or 0.9.1? Those versions run their own old updater, so updating from them can still fail once with Permission denied (os error 13). Install 0.9.2 by hand that one time:

sudo install -m 755 ~/Downloads/InstantNotes_0.9.2_amd64.AppImage "$(readlink -f "$(command -v instantnotes)")"

Every update after that asks for the password itself. An AppImage kept in your home folder (for example ~/Applications) updates without needing a password at all.
