What this PR does
Before this PR:
JavaScript and TypeScript class symbols could extend through following module statements, causing later calls to be assigned to the class.
After this PR:
Use tree-sitter class end rows to keep call ownership outside the class boundary accurate. Add focused regression coverage for both grammars.
