Please make the package a design time reference

OK. I tried that but it won't compile. I get errors on

BTW: I assume you are using this appoach to call EfCore.SchemaCompare as it works with any database provider.

I am not, actually, only SQL Server / SQLite supported for now then, I suppose.

Sounds good. I just wanted you to know its there. I have had some people use PostgreSQL.
