Hi, my name is Kylian and I am a PhD Student at the Institute for Experimental Particle Physics (ETP) at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), Germany.

I mainly focus on development and deployment of Machine Learning algorithms in High Energy Physics.

My libraries of choice are pytorch, Lightning, pandas and awkward, as well as hydra, luigi / b2luigi / law for orchestration and pydantic. My current projects are AIDO (Detector Optimization using Diffusion Models as Surrogates), NEEDLE (A workflow orchestration tool for Neural Simulation Based Inference) and ETPlot, an organizer for displaying plots on the web. I also have some smaller side-projects that I work on for fun from time to time.
