feat: add unattended script starting routine for promotions - #22

- Created `scripts/iniciar_automatizacion.sh` to initialize the directory structure (`promociones/`, `promociones_procesadas/`, `promociones_fallidas/`) and run `daemon_promociones.py` in unattended background mode. - Updated `.gitignore` to exclude generated folders and daemon logs. This PR provides the
iniciar_automatizacion.shscript to fulfill the requirements of automating the publication of promotions for tryonyou.pro in the development environment.It properly sets up the required directories and runs the pre-existing validation and deployment loop script (
