InDegree and outDegree share the same keys, so storing them together saves n * sizeof(node) bytes and halves the sorted-key maintenance. Also install *.tpp headers so FlatMap.tpp ships with the headers.
- ci-matrix 'build' job no longer runs on push to main (already validated as a PR); post-merge coverage comes from release-build plus the wheel smoke build. - Cancel superseded runs: PR updates cancel older PR runs, and a newer main cancels an older wheel smoke build. Release runs never cancel each other. Result: PRs run 1 workflow, merges run 2 (was 3 with a duplicated check build), releases run wheels only.
