Offline voice mode crashes the keyboard

To Reproduce
Click on the mic icon in the toolbar

Expected behavior
Expected to show some visualizer that records sounds waves then write my text.

its an voice plugin missing method issue on android version 8 or lower, ill check if there an workaround
