Adds the endpoints.agents.askUserQuestion block: retainedAnswers.enabled (default true) and retainedAnswers.maxTokens (default 4096), which control how a user's answers to ask_user_question are carried into later model calls once compaction has removed the messages that received them. Companion to LibreChat-AI/LibreChat#15944.
