RANDOM_TOOLCHANGER changes the kinematics type #408

Description

@gmoccapy

Using actual master,
select normal gmoccapy.ini
check self.stat.kinematics_type : it is "1"

Add RANDOM_TOOLCHANGER = 1 to the INI you selected

gmoccapy will fail to start. So I searched for the error in gmoccapy, it is caused, due to a kinematics type change, as with random tool changer the type changed to "0"

IMHO, the kinematics type should not change, only adding RANDOM_TOOLCHANGER to an ini file.

Is it a bug, or am I wrong?
