Centralized the minimum supported Virtual HID Driver version in CMake and wired it through runtime checks, docs, and tests to keep version requirements consistent. Updated driver-version logic to treat `0.0.*` builds as development versions, surfaced a `development_version` status flag, added a dedicated web info notice for dev builds, and added a Windows tray warning when an installed driver is unsupported (including a troubleshooting link). Added/updated unit and integration coverage for version parsing, status payload fields, tray behavior, and documentation consistency.
