No publisher, but write access for configuration [AppLocker]

Hello,

for configuration changes the software need write access.
But unfortunatelly it's not publisher signed.

This is necessary to use it with AppLocker.
Would be great if that could be changed.

to be honest, I hadn't thought about it at first.

But there seem to be solutions, theoretically a SelfSigned Code Signing Cert should also be possible.

yeah self signed is always possible, problem with that is, that it is not so easy to get it "approved" as safe, that's why a lot of companies pay for certificates.
