Kepler reorganization

Fork, update and modify Kepler packages directly from the original github repositories.

This is partially related to issue #32. Once work on batteries is finishes this will become primary goal for the Repository organization.

I updated all related modules, merged fastcgi duplicates as well as xavante duplicates. We now install everything by default as the dependencies are not that heavy. This makes maintanance easier as all repositories now track keplerproject. I will update luasql modules separately.
