Game unable to show MagnificusMod Starter Decks in Kaycee Mod while having JSONCardLoader & MagMod Expansion on

Whenever attempting to start a new Magnificus run via Kaycee Mod, with JSONCardLoader & MagMod Expansion on at the same time, it does not show the starter decks for MagnificusMod.

Confirming that issue persists even with v2.7.0 of JSONCardLoader

A workaround I found was going into Magnificus Mod's config and setting 'UnlockAllKaycee' to 'true'.
