Objective

Implement Create CI troubleshooting matrix for the GasGuard repository as part of the production-readiness and long-term maintainability roadmap.

Scope

• Workstream: CI and SCM

• Dependencies: Identify and document any upstream or cross-component dependencies.

Acceptance criteria
