Update instructions for use with Radioconda

Can you expand on this suggestion - does this have all the functionality of srt-py? Is this a better option now if we are following the new TV dongle instructions to upgrade our SRT (we have a first generation one at Haverford, and have got a new alt-az drive - and dish, and are also building the cake pan receiver).

I'm back to trying to install this now it's summer (ish) and I followed the srt-py installation to the point of running it with srt_runner.py --config_dir='~/Desktop/StokesSRT/HaverfordSRTconfig which gave me a command line prompt which looked like this: quote>

However, when I navigated to port 8080 (I did not change the default port in the config file) I got a "This site cannot be reached" error... I suspect not an installation issue, but permissions or something, but I thought I'd share my struggles anyway!

Actually I think I see - you are making a suggestion that including srt-py in radioconda would be a good idea. I think I agree! Although I also don't think my issue getting this to work is the conda install parts!
