I apologize for the late review. I was able to confirm everything installation and functionality using the Docker image. The only thing I couldn't check off on my review list is the community guidelines to inform others on how they can contribute to your software. As a reference, Nipype has a great contributing.md. Yours doesn't need to be as long, it can be a very stripped down version with simple instructions for others.
Another very minor point, in the README, docker pull macatools/macapype/latest should be changed to docker pull macatools/macapype:latest.
