LiveScript is one of two languages implemented in CSharpBot - the other one is compiled, this one is scripted.
You can find the documentation for the other language on the CSBScript page.
LiveScript has a simple syntax:
statement param; statement; statement.
The LiveScript statements follow:

print <whatever you want to say>
Say something (duh!) -
time
Send the time to the IRC Channel (in form of "xx:xx PM"). -
die
Kill the robot.
The automatically defined constants follow:

$CHANNEL
The current channel.
