on Single term page, properties should display skos:prefLabel for their labels

When reviewing the triples for any given term, there are a few properties that are listed that don't utilize a human readable label.
I'm thinking that the text displayed should be what is recorded for skos:prefLabel for that property?

I'm not sure if these 2 properties have nothing defined for that predicate, but the ones currently with no readable label are:

The best way to implement this given the complexity for picking even a single property for rendering predicates is a preference order for predicates. So we need active selection and fallback. A dropdown box to select how to render uris along with a priority list. This might be part of user config options for rendering ontology files.

This will require the backend to return metadata associated with all predicates.
