Release all five Orbit packages at 0.18.0 in lockstep. This consumes the reviewed graph exploration and code review fixes, updates the package manifests, and adds the generated changelog entries.
The generated diff contains only version metadata, changelogs, and consumed changesets. Merging this PR triggers the existing release workflow, which rebuilds and runs package smoke checks before publishing to npm.
Validation: feature PR #13 passed all four CI jobs, including end-to-end tests and package validation on Node 22 and 24. This version PR runs the same required CI checks before merge.
