CSMoE is now completely translated into Chinese. And because CSMoE has been stolen to sell in China(Same situation as CSSME/CSBTE). We decided not to open source, this source code under release has no reference value. To protect our works Now we focus on online game .Foreigners may have difficulties playing CSMoE. Sorry :(
