原文は「＃１３（GitHubで余計な変換が起こらないように全角にしてます）と書けば、同じgitlab内で適切な項目へのリンクになる」という機能を使っています。なので、こうしたい気持ちも分かるのですが、やるのだったら訳文全体でやるべきかと思いますので、この修正に限ってはいったん戻します。（issueにするつもり）
