unify logging and log less by default

This issue track various minor improvements in how ODN components log:

• rotate log file daily, not hourly odn-cas#9
• unifiedviews: Excessive logging #128

The main theme is making sure to:

1. log at INFO or WARN level by default
2. rotate logs daily
3. remove logs older than 7 days
