docs(sdk): explain agent profile launch composition

Summary

• Add a public Agent Profiles architecture page.
• Separate profile-selected server tools, JSON client_tools, and deployment launch context.
• Document null/[]/explicit profile-tool semantics, persistence, compatibility, migration, and the ACP boundary.
• Use Agent Canvas's canvas_ui_control migration as the concrete client-tool example.
• Add the page to SDK navigation and cross-link it from the tool system.

This is the design companion to:

• feat(agent-server): support deployment context on profile launches software-agent-sdk#4030
• fix(agent-profiles): preserve Canvas context on profile launches agent-canvas#1650
• refactor: define canvas UI as an SDK client tool agent-canvas#1797

Validation
