Hide connection settings in Customer Tool via configuration

The following application properties should be integrated into Customer Tool:

• connectionSettingsVisible (true / false) to hide the connection settings from the customer on startup
• connectionSettingsEditable (true / false) to disallow changing the connection settings for the customer

In case of connectionSettingsVisible=false and connectionSettingsEditable=true a button should be available, that makes the hidden connection settings visible for the customer.
