Address PR review comment: instead of #ifdef __APPLE__ inside one file, split into Hardware_arm64_Mac.tpp and Hardware_arm64_Linux.tpp, matching the existing per-OS-per-arch file convention already used for x86 (Hardware_x86_Linux.tpp, Hardware_x86_Windows.tpp).
