Docs: prompt configuration

Changes

Documents the new config object on prompt versions: a JSON object with model parameters or any settings an app reads at runtime, versioned with the prompt.

Adds to prompt management:

• A Configuration section: what it is, editing it in the app, the API semantics (leaving config out keeps the previous one, null removes it, config-only publishes work), and Python/JS examples reading result.config with defensive defaults
• A result.config line in both existing SDK snippets
• A bullet in "Why use prompt management?" and a config entry in Limits

Merge order: this documents PostHog/posthog#74264 (merged), the UI in PostHog/posthog#75423, and SDK support in PostHog/posthog-python#801 and PostHog/posthog-js#4329. It should go live after the SDK releases ship, since the code examples use result.config.

Eager-graph budgets are report-only until a baseline is established. Sizes are gzip of public/**/*.js; eager size is webpack module source bytes for the modules actually shipped in the entrypoint's initial chunks (post-tree-shake).
