Enchancement suggestion: Remove the 2 unnecessary speaker clicks on bootup

DOS 3.3 is able to boot silently.

ProDOS makes 2 clicks of the speaker for no good reason at all as shown here: https://github.com/markpmlim/ProDOS8/blob/master/MLI.SRC/DEVSRCH.S

My suggestion is to have the speaker calls removed so ProDOS can boot silently like DOS.

Except now that I've been listening to this zzt sound for decades I like it and would feel as if the character of ProDOS had changed if it had been removed.
