idd-all SLUG derivation: BSD/GNU sed alternation (\| not portable)

Problem

From verification of #1 (P3 finding 16 — security reviewer):
SLUG derivation 用:

SLUG=$(echo "$TITLE" | tr '[:upper:]' '[:lower:]' \
    | sed 's/[^a-z0-9]/-/g' | sed 's/--*/-/g' | sed 's/^-\|-$//g' \
    | cut -c1-40)

最後 sed 's/^-\|-$//g' 用 alternation \| — BSD sed (macOS default) 不支援基本 regex 的 \|,需要 -E flag。GNU sed 才把 \| 當 alternation。

結果: macOS user 可能看到 SLUG 邊緣有殘留 - (-foo-bar 變不掉首 dash)。

此 issue 在 #1 之前就存在 (Step 0.5 PR-mode block 從 v2.40.0 帶過來),只是 verify 順手抓到。

• 影響只是 SLUG 美觀,不影響功能

Recommendation

兩種改法擇一:

A. 切兩段 sed,用 POSIX-portable:

-E 在 BSD/GNU 都支援。

Problem

SLUG derivation 用 sed 's/^-\|-$//g' — \| alternation 是 GNU sed 的 basic regex 擴展,BSD sed (macOS default) 不支援,把 \| 當 literal。結果 macOS user 看到 SLUG 邊緣殘留 -(-foo-bar 變不掉首 dash)。

Pre-existing — 從 v2.40.0 之前帶過來,#1 verify 順手 catch。

Root Cause

GNU-only regex 寫法 leak 進 cross-platform skill。

Solution

改用 -E 擴展模式 + 多 statement 串接(macOS BSD + GNU 都支援):

額外把 s/--*/-/g 簡化為 s/-+/-/g(extended regex 直接支援 +)。

Verification

SLUG output 對 typical issue title 不變(tr + 字符 strip 主路徑相同);邊緣 case「title 開頭/結尾是 punctuation」現在在 macOS 與 Linux 都 trim 一致。
