Solution

Over the subsequent months of work (covered by a long chain of archived Spectra changes + IDD issues — most notably the note-core-parsing capability, the security-baseline rollout #80, the note-pagination-gutter-heuristic #77 round 3, and the word-builder-swift addition #71), the repository's workflow rules were consistently applied: swift package update flow, common-converter-swift protocol layer, .gitignore whitelist strategy post-#79, and IDD-driven issue lifecycle management.

Verification

The rules referenced in this issue have been honoured throughout all subsequent Spectra changes visible under openspec/changes/archive/ — each one demonstrably applies swift-package-update.md discipline (pre-push tag before macdoc bump) and add-format.md pattern (per #48 pdf-to-md-swift, #64 note-to-html-swift, #71 word-builder-swift, #77 note-to-pdf round 3 format-conversion cycles).
