Issue:
During certain transitions (normal power on, OTA firmware update, etc) the logger can become stuck in a high power state. This is not common and has so far only been observed with the ultra low power mode. However, this problem requires a hard restart of the device to fix.
Average power increases from <20mW to over 200mW (which is greater even than a balanced power mode, which is generally around 150mW)
Cause of this issue is yet unknown.
