Analytic finite-bulk/interface response test. Run ./verify.sh and read
results/ARBITER_PACKET.md.
- Test: TEST 009 / GP-1.
- Question: Does the declared finite five-dimensional bulk and two-interface action produce a healthy, sufficiently broad gravitational response that can be compared consistently in dynamics and lensing?
- Result:
GP1-C— the transverse-traceless response is reciprocal and healthy, but its bulk-only flat-velocity interval is very narrow. The full scalar/radion sector and quantitative EFT validity do not close, so no hybrid scan or galaxy fit is authorized. - Assumptions: Exact declared flat finite-bulk action, positive tensor-sector coefficients, linear response, and no unstated stabilization completion.
- Recovery contents: symbolic response derivations, real-space control, health and scalar audits, test suite, machine-readable gate status, citations, failure register, and Arbiter packet.
- Limitations: The closed tensor control is not a complete physical gravity/lensing model and supplies no admitted halo explanation.
