plugins: update App Time 0.3.0

What is this?

App Time 0.3.0, a QS Bar widget that tracks foreground time per app per day and shows it in a panel under its glyph, for today or any archived day. This is an update to the existing plugins/apptime entry.

Changes since 0.2.0

• Fixed archive browsing. The day chevrons walked the archive in the wrong order: ‹ jumped to the oldest day and then moved forward in time. It now steps from today backwards (yesterday first), and › moves back toward today.
• Fixed idle billing. The idle timeout was charged to the focused app as if it were still in use; the segment now ends at the idle onset.
• Fixed app labels for generic reverse-DNS tails (org.kde.kdeconnect.app -> "Kdeconnect").
• Restyled the panel with the plugin kit (MicroLabel eyebrow, vector GlyphIcon chevrons, a squared tick meter) and refined the bar glyph, so it reads as a native surface.
• Removed the remaining compositor-specific code. Focus now comes from Quickshell.Wayland ToplevelManager (the activated toplevel's appId), idle from IdleMonitor; no Quickshell.Hyprland anywhere.

product-manifest.json and the registry entry were regenerated with tools/pack-product.py plugins/apptime --touch.
