convert_skills.py: a zero-dependency Python script that:✅ Parses Markdown format with
##headers and- **Field**: value✅ Generates valid YAML frontmatter (
name = folderas required by Console)✅ Extracts trigger phrases from backtick blocks
✅ Preserves technical content intact
✅ Creates proper ZIP structure ready for Console upload (
[folder]/SKILL.md)✅ Handles UTF-8 without BOM and LF line endings
Usage
python convert_skills.py --create-zips # Output: skills-zip/*.zip ready for Claude Console
