Summary

Refresh the Explore tiers screen and cashback details so users can compare Core, Prime, and Ultra benefits and browse eligible merchants across AI, streaming, music, rides, and airlines.

• Add tier card artwork, glass stats panels, fees and membership offer sections, synchronized swipe transitions, and a tier selector that follows the pager.
• Keep live subscription, yield, fee, and membership offer data authoritative, including explicit zero values; use design fallbacks when those fields are absent.
• Add category cashback tabs, merchant logos, locked tier labels, direct tier upgrade actions, and Ultra dismissal on web and native sheets.
• Warm iOS star animations before display, pause inactive stars, add still-image fallbacks and reduced-motion handling, and update the diamond animation.

Validation

• Rewards Jest suite: 10 suites, 106 tests passed, including new benefit presentation, category rate, and iOS playback coverage.
• Changed-file Prettier and ESLint checks passed.
• Diff whitespace check passed; all 16 new tier asset hashes verified.
• Full TypeScript check reports 9 errors outside changed files; no changed-file type errors.
• Browser and device visual checks were not rerun for this commit.

Rides and airlines use the design's tier rates because the API does not expose separate fields yet.
