Fixed rep and selectedProfile not being defined for offline or demo accounts

Ehhhhh, if you're offline you should set self.authenticated = False using a settings construct or something. I'm actually on the fense about this commit, better to fail loudly and all that. But, it can stay for now |

For demo accounts the authentication returns a valid response except for selectedProfiles is empty.
For non authenticated accounts rep was not defined so it would crash out.
