Paste a link, and it loops one sentence at a time, shows you the dictionary for any word, records your voice so you can hear yourself, and brings back the sentences you found hard tomorrow.

Addy's Parrot processes your videos and your voice entirely on your device. There is no server and no account. The app only touches the network to download a small set of tools on first launch, check for updates (which you can turn off), fetch YouTube videos when you paste a link, and look up dictionary definitions.
