fixing the UI rendering for [Categories & Description]

Summary

On Project log page we have Categories & Description attribute which shows metadata but their representation is in the form of Raw JSON (arrays & objects).

Proposal

Format Categories and Description into readable text instead of raw JSON (e.g., arrays as comma-separated values and objects by extracting relevant content).

Thank you for opening an issue for this, @Ayush4958. Happy to have you investigate.

To date, we have created specific formatters for different types of log entries. I agree that the default "raw json" isn't great. For the "About Details" updates, I'm curious on how you are thinking to format the Description. Since that is markdown, and could get quite large. Happy to provide any early feedback (if you would like)

Actually for the categories field we can show plain simple text to keep it concise (I could change this manner, If you want)
and for the Description we could go with the approach where If MD data gets too large , we can truncate it and use show more to display all data in vertical alignment
